4 Hour Well Flow Test + Homewell Package

$405

This package gives you a complete picture of the health of your water system. It covers both quantity (4-hour flow test) and quality (Homewell package), This package includes tests for two varieties of Coliform bacteria, Nitrates, Arsenic, and Iron. In addition, this package includes tests for hardness, pH, conductivity and total dissolved solids.

4 Hour Well Flow Test +Coliform, Nitrates & Arsenic
$380 A good combination for testing for the major primary contaminants (those that can cause health problems.) For just another $25.00, you can upgrade to the Homewell Package which includes a much more comprehensive test package.

Coliform,
Nitrates and Arsenic

$185

These are the three lab tests required by the State of Oregon. Arsenic may be found in well water, especially in the south hills of Eugene, and parts of Creswell.

Homewell Package

$195

This is the same package as number one, but without the flow test. We highly recommend this test for homeowners on an annual basis, as the results will provide a comprehensive report, allowing you to detect and treat small issues before they become major problems.

4-Hour Well Flow Test

$230

The basic test to determine the quantity of water available in the well. Most counties require this test to prove the well has a minimum of five gallons per minute (gpm) in order to obtain a building permit and most lenders require 5gpm for loan approval.

Superchlorination

$150

When a well tests positive for bacteria, this usually corrects the problem. We pour bleach into the well and recirculate it to "wash" all the places bacteria may hide. After a minimum of 6 hours, the chlorine then needs to be flushed out. The homeowner or the realtor usually does this. After the chlorine taste and smell are gone, you must wait five days before resampling for coliform.

Superchlorination
+ Resample for
Coliform

$235

Following the superchlorination, we wait to hear from the owner/realtor that the chlorine is gone. We wait five days and then resample.

Resample for Coliform or individual tests

$85

If you need just an individual test, it’s $50.00 for the test and a $35.00 sampling fee per sample taken, so try to combine several tests in the same sampling to save a bit.
