Why Choose Alpine Pump?
Commitment to quality and service for residential customers that they don’t get from anybody else:
Rural customers (well owners) do not have the same protection that urban water customers have. The state and the federal government require that urban water systems meet certain delivery and quality standards. Private systems are not subject to regulation. Our goal is to bring as nearly as possible to the private water system owner the same level of reliability and safety that their urban neighbors already enjoy.
28 years in business in the same location:
Our customers know where to find us. We are currently enjoying living, working, and thriving in the beautiful community of Alpine. We are proud of the work we do and are happy to run into any of our customers at any time.
Seven day a week service:
We are open for business Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and always have staff on call during the weekend and holidays. We use a 24-hour answering service so you will always get a human being to talk to when you call us. We do not provide 24 hour emergency service for most residential applications except in cases of extreme hardship such as residential nursing care facilities and livestock operations, i.e. dairies, stables, etc. We will return your after hours call first thing in the morning and help you decide whether you need immediate attention or whether your job can wait until normal business hours. We also offer tips and advice to help you try to get your problem fixed on your own.
Licensed, Bonded, Insured:
We are registered with the Construction Contractor's Board (CCB# 86740). Gary Watts is a Certified Pump Installer (247CPI) and Water Treatment Installer (40WTI). We are committed to continuing education in all aspects of water delivery and treatment and attend numerous seminars and training sessions each year. We regard our work as a profession and take it very seriously. Accordingly, our wages, benefits, profit sharing and pension plans, are the best we know of in our industry in our area. What this means to our customers is the Alpine Pump, Inc. will always be staffed with qualified people who take your needs seriously and have the resources to solve your problems.
Free estimates and water testing:
A free estimate from Alpine Pump, Inc. concentrates on the proper mechanical design, serviceability, and reliability of your water delivery system. We are always thinking long-term, and while cost is a factor, there are many corners we will not cut. When doing an estimate for treatment we prefer to test your water at the site providing you with immediate results and we survey the physical layout in order to send you an accurate estimate. We never make a sales presentation on these visits. Instead, we answer your questions, ask you what your preferences are and then send you a formal estimate so that you can sit down and make your decision without any pressure.
Five year warranty on pumping systems and controls, parts and labor:
We are the only full service pump business in Oregon that we know of that offers a full five-year parts and labor warranty on all new pumping and pressure systems that we install. Our commitment to using the highest quality pumps, tanks, wire, pipe, and fittings enables to offer this warranty with full confidence even on weekends.
